What is Worship Like?

8:45am summer service at the pavilion

It all starts with a great view. We gather at 8:45AM by the river to catch up with friends and worship in the riverfront pavilion. This service is laid back: a few songs, a message, and time to connect with God. There are chairs available or you can bring your favorite camp chair and coffee is always encouraged. There is no childcare available during this worship service, but children are always welcome and encouraged to worship with their families.

10am Service

All year long we meet in our historic sanctuary to worship in community together. All are welcome to come and worship God through music, a sermon, and prayers. During this worship service we offer age-appropriate children’s worship with our Children’s Ministry Director. The nursery is open during this worship service and staffed with volunteers for the little ones. Afterwards we invite everyone to join us for some coffee and refreshments in our fellowship hall!

A FEW MORE TIPS

  • There are no assigned seats and no-one’s name is engraved into a pew . Sit anywhere you like and where you are comfortable.

  • Do not leave your kids at home! We have a nursery for children from infants to 2 and a children’s worship program. Though we are happy for you to have them in worship with you. If we can’t make church relevant for a first grader, that’s our problem, not yours.

  • We encourage visitors to come a few minutes early and say hi to our Pastor. If you have questions during worship there are ushers to show you to the bathrooms and tell you all the cool stories behind the stain glass windows.
